This wedding cake was covered in marshmallow fondant with fresh flowers and a satin ribbon border. It was simple but very classy!

 

Topsy Turvy Wedding Cake December 4, 2011

This was a topsy turvy wedding cake with 3 different flavored tiers and marshmallow fondant.  The design was piped on with butter cream icing and the topper was made from fresh flowers.

This was a chocolate cake that fed approx 50 people.  It was covered in butter cream icing and marshmallow fondant with gumpaste decorations.

 

Hilary’s Wedding Cake October 20, 2011

This cake was a 12″, 10″, 8″, and 6″ tiered cake that fed approx 170 people.  It consisted of white choc cake with raspberry filling, choc cake with butter cream icing, and white cake with choc honey ganache filling.  The cake was covered and decorated with marshmallow fondant and was decorated with fresh flowers.

This wedding cake was so elegant!  It was a 16″, 12″, 8″, and 4″ tiered cake that served approx 190 people.  The flavors included white chocolate cake with raspberry filling, strawberry cake, and cookies n cream cake all iced with butter cream icing and covered in marshmallow fondant.  Each tier was bordered with a black satin ribbon and a string of rhinestone and the top of the cake was topped with a fresh flowers topper.
