This was my first contemporary wedding cake, and it was sooo fun to make! It was a 4-tier square cake with a 12″, 10″, 8″, and 6″ tiers that served approx 180 people. Within the tiers there were 3 different flavors; white cake, milk choc cake, and carrot cake. It was covered with marshmallow fondant and was decorated with fondant and gumpaste accents.
