This wedding cake was the largest wedding cake I’ve ever done! It was a 16″, 12″, 8″, and 4″ tiered cake that served approx 232 without cutting the top tier. The bottom tier was white chocolate raspberry, the 2nd and top tier were white with butter cream, and the 3rd tier was chocolate. The entire cake was covered with marshmallow fondant and the dots were piped on with royal icing. The ribbon was a 1 1/2″ black satin ribbon and the red roses were provided by the florist for me to make into a topper. The “G” sitting on the cake was provided by the bride to personalize the cake.
