This wedding cake was a 4 tier cake with marshmallow fondant, satin black ribbon, and butter cream detailing. The tiers were 12″, 10″, 8″, and 6″ squares that fed approx 175 people. The flavors were white cake w/butter cream, choc cake w/peanut butter icing, strawberry cake with cream cheese icing, and carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The flowers were fresh flowers that I cut and made into a topper with extra to frame the bottom.
