Champagne/Ivory Wedding Cake March 27, 2010

This cake was designed off of the bride’s wedding dress.  The piping was the lace design on her dress and the champagne color was the accent color in the wedding.  It was a 10″, 7″ and 4″ square staggered tiered cake covered in marshmallow fondant with satin ribbon border and white roses.  The bottom and top-tier were white cake with butter cream icing and the center tier was Italian creme cake with cream cheese icing.
