This 1st birthday cake was obviously for a baseball lover! It was a 10″ white chocolate cake w/raspberry filling and an 8″ chocolate cake with butter cream icing that served approx 40-45 people. It was covered in marshmallow fondant and the baseballs, bats, and gloves were made of fondant/gumpaste. The hat was also made from fondant/gumpaste to resemble a baseball hat that the client owned. It was so fun to make and the client really enjoyed it:)
